We're looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Operations Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations. About the Role This is a full-time, off-the-tools operational role. You will: Coordinate daily schedules for technicians and apprentices Manage customer communication, job updates, and variations Quote projects up to $40,000 (upgrades, renovations, minor commercial work, EV chargers, small fit-outs) Oversee job workflow, quality control, and WHS compliance Support stock management, job costing, and system improvements Work closely with management to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction A Day in the Life Your day starts by reviewing the schedule and assigning jobs to the team. You'll manage customer updates, review job progress, and prepare quotes for projects up to $40,000. Between overseeing workflow and quality control, you'll support the team, solve problems on the run, and ensure every job runs smoothly — all while keeping systems, safety, and customer satisfaction on track.
