Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Participate in a structured 2‑year program combining hands‑on experience, formal training, and personalised mentoring Gain exposure to all aspects of bank operations including Call Centre, Retail Banking, Lending, Compliance, and Human Resources Learn to lead a high‑performing team Prepare for a Branch Manager or leadership position upon successful completion of the program About You The company is looking for: A degree‑qualified recent graduate or early‑career professional Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Experience in retail, customer service, banking, or similar environments (preferred) A passion for leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences Flexibility and enthusiasm to travel across Queensland as part of development Willingness to relocate when a Branch Manager role becomes available Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status Compensation & Benefits Two days’ paid Community Volunteer Leave each year Birthday Leave Access to Wellness Programs Discounts and member‑only rates on financial and health products Cultural lunches and social clubs Supportive and caring team culture Training & Development The program includes formal training and personalised mentoring to fast track career development and leadership skills.
