You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the organisation’s data governance framework, ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistency across all business units. This leadership role offers the opportunity to build and grow a high-performing team and partner with key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, IT, and Product to drive data-driven decision-making and business performance.**Responsibilities:*** Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s data governance and analytics strategy.* Establish and maintain data quality, classification, lineage, and catalogue frameworks.* Manage and optimise the use of data governance tools, systems, and processes.* Partner with business and technology leaders to align data governance practices with business objectives.* Mentor and lead a team to deliver against strategic and operational KPIs.* Oversee the implementation of governance frameworks across large and complex environments.* Drive continuous improvement in data standards, usage, and reporting across all business units.* Prepare insights and recommendations to support business performance, compliance, and decision-making.**Requirements:*** 5+ years’ experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Enterprise Data Management. * Proven experience implementing governance frameworks in large or complex organisations.* Strong understanding of data classification, lineage, and catalogue development/maintenance.* Hands-on experience managing data governance tools and processes.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT.* Proven leadership or mentoring experience with small teams.* Strong analytical, design, and critical-thinking skills.* Experience partnering with multiple business units, ideally in Financial Services or Data Analytics Consulting.* Experience with Databricks and DBT (Desirable)* Exposure to Customer, Marketing, or Operations data analytics.* Background in process optimisation using analytics.**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
