Due to recent company growth, a new position for an energetic and enthusiastic Accounts and Business Administrator has become available. Reporting to the Accounts Manager and working in a close‑knit accounts team, this role will be instrumental in delivering on the tactical execution of the accounts and business operations. About the Role We are looking for a full‑time Accounts and Business Administrator. The ideal candidate will have relevant accounts and business operations experience working in a digital environment with the ability to deliver on the tactical execution of various initiatives to meet business outcomes. With a passion for growing brands, and a focus on driving customer acquisition and reporting on growth metrics, the role will assist with the following tasks. What Will You Be Doing? Accounts Administration – providing accounts support, accounts payable/receivable, payment processing, payment instructions, assisting with loan settlements, bookkeeping, accounts reconciliations; Business/Office Administration – providing flexible administrative support services including business administration; Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. What Are We Looking For? 2+ years’ recent experience as a Business/Office Administrator and Accounts Officer; Experience in leading the provision of a range of office administrative activities, including finance/accounts payable/receivable; Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise competing timeframes, and maintaining excellent attention to detail; High integrity, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (face‑to‑face, telephone and written) with proven ability to develop trust and rapport; Fast learner and high attention to detail; Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
