We’re seeking a Head of Engineering - Enterprise to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of the organization’s common technology platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and fit for purpose across all verticals and brands. This role is responsible for developing reusable services, standardizing infrastructure and security, and enabling self‑service capabilities for business and operations teams. The role partners closely with Commercial and Shared Service engineering teams to drive platform migrations, ensure technical alignment, and deliver on the strategic vision for a unified, future‑ready technology foundation. Execute the technical strategy for the enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities and future growth. Lead the development and maintenance of reusable services and platform capabilities that support all verticals and brands. Drive and oversee migrations from legacy systems to the common platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value. Enable self‑service for business, operations, and partner teams through effective tooling and interfaces. Foster cross‑functional alignment on technical standards and best practices. Build, lead, and develop high‑performing engineering teams, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Commercial and Shared Services teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery, while monitoring platform health and reporting key metrics. Champion change management to support smooth transitions during organizational or technical transformation. About you Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). Extensive experience (8+ years) in software engineering, with significant leadership in platform or enterprise engineering roles. Proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, reusable technology platforms and services. Deep expertise in infrastructure, security, event-driven architectures, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS). Experience driving migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms. Demonstrated ability to enable self-service and automation for non-engineering teams. Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience leading teams through change and transformation.Excellent communication, coaching, and technical leadership abilities. Familiarity with agile delivery, CI/CD, and modern engineering toolchains (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
