Salary: AUD/NZD $k - $k + stock options
You will be a great fit for this role if: You have a well-equipped managerial toolbox and experience in leading a large team of engineers delivering business impact. You have either a technical background in software engineering or a deep understanding of low-level technical concepts, like networking, application architecture, and/or databases. You can independently identify and tackle projects that solve open-ended, ambiguous problems that are often beyond the scope of your immediate team. You take accountability for the people in your team, the way they work, and the results they deliver. You can identify, diagnose, and pro-actively create solutions to ensure a team that performs at their best. You autonomously guide your team to the sustainable delivery of business impact through both execution mastery and people management. You can confidently coach developers at any level to reach their full potential. You can confidently help your team navigate their way through large organisational change.
