Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) - Melbourne Airport Menzies Aviation Engineering is an expansion of the established New Zealand based Hamilton Aero Maintenance Ltd who has been a maintenance provider for various airlines in New Zealand and offshore since 1984. Menzies Aviation Engineering is seeking CASA B1 licensed engineers with the B787/RR and preferably B737NG, additional aircraft type ratings such as A320/A350 and MAX will be an advantage. Training will be considered for the right person. What you’ll be doing We are seeking Full Time Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join the growing team, with the opportunity to become the Station Manager for the right candidate The position is to support long term contracts Menzies Aviation Engineering has with the international airlines and airfreight operators in Melbourne. You will be part of a team of engineers carrying out line maintenance, defect rectification and AOG repairs. We are looking for a keen, dynamic individual with the right attitude who wants to be part of a small but growing flexible friendly team. We offer a competitive remuneration package along with a flexible roster. To be eligible for this position you must Hold CASA B1/CAANZ License Hold B787(RR) and preferably B737NG Have exercised license privileges within the last 24 months Be able to obtain an ASIC and ADA Eligible to work/live in Australia Must be based or willing to relocate to live in the Melbourne area.
