We partner with Australia's largest healthcare organisations to deliver in-home allied health services. Tasks and Responsibilities Assess and manage the needs of clients, and provide expert advice and treatment options Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the delivery of care Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice Participate in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with documentation requirement Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice Prepare training and educational materials for the organizations we work closely with Identify opportunities for service improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of care Engage in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge Team Management Support Support the team management by mentoring and coaching a team in delivering client-centred care; you’ll be closely supported by the National Head of OT / Directors Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of Occupational Therapists Ensure that all compliance requirements are met, including team certifications are up to date Organisational Growth Proactively create knowledge sharing opportunities across Nimbus Health Contribute to company and departmental training sessions Act as a brand advocate for Nimbus Health What's in it for you?
