The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Litigation Lawyer to join a thriving dispute resolution team. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of litigation matters and be involved in all stages of dispute management and resolution. This is an excellent role for a lawyer looking to consolidate their litigation skills within a respected and supportive firm environment. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload across all major areas of dispute resolution and litigation, including commercial, civil, and administrative matters. Drafting high-quality correspondence, court documents, and advice with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and strategy. Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, and stakeholders to deliver timely and commercially sensible outcomes. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategic advice. Assisting senior lawyers in complex litigation matters and gradually taking on greater file autonomy. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture through diligence, initiative, and professional integrity. Your Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years post admission experience in dispute resolution or litigation gained within a reputable firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and drafting ability. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Sound understanding of litigation processes and court procedures. Highly IT literate, with proven capability across case management and legal research systems. Admitted to practice in Australia and holding a current practising certificate. A proactive, diligent, and solutions‑focused mindset with a genuine interest in dispute resolution.
