The Role: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring sales and service objectives are achieved while maintaining a high-performance culture. You'll lead and mentor a dedicated team, manage financial and operational performance, and ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience in line with company standards.
