It is expected that the successful candidate will contribute to the mission of the Faculty and University through teaching, research, academic administration, curriculum development, program coordination, and working collaboratively across the Faculty and the University and with external partners. Key responsibilities Deliver high quality and innovative teaching and learning, including lectures, tutorials and other classes at undergraduate, honours, and postgraduate levels. Provide excellence and innovation in curriculum, content design and enhancement of inclusive and effective learning environments, including practical application of effective support to students. Pursue a quality research agenda in religious education through publication and grant applications. Demonstrate high standards of professional behaviour consistent with the University's Mission and Values, and the Code of Conduct for All Staff, demonstrating a commitment to performance excellence and continuous improvement. Show understanding of the University's Catholic Identity and Mission and how it applies to academic work by contributing to integration of principles of social justice, pursuit of truth and care for the common good in all areas of academic activity relevant to the Teaching and Research Academic Pathway. Remuneration Total remuneration valued to $142,635 - $168,287 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $120,529 - $142,305 (pro rata) pa (Lecturer - Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Total remuneration valued to $178,482 - $193,772 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $151,018 - $164,087 (pro rata) pa (Senior Lecturer - Academic Level C), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on commencement date.
