ABOUT THE ROLE Perform installations, service, breakdowns and repairs and maintenance Diagnose air conditioning issues efficiently and effectively Work across industrial, commercial and residential environments Deliver exceptional friendly customer service and first class workmanship Full time permanent role Travel around Brisbane and surrounds, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba Position will require sound experience THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE Trade Qualification – Refrigeration mechanic Current Refrigerant Handling License Current Queensland Restricted Electrical License Current open drivers license Blue Card / White Card Ability to plan and work unsupervised as well as part of a team Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Good problem solving skills Good presentation Happy and positive personality A positive can‑do attitude and a genuine interest in the well‑being of others Enthusiasm to learn & accept new challenges and skill sets Good level of experience with job management programs Champion, support, mentor and guide staff to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality Must currently reside in Australia and have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency ABOUT THE COMPANY Watmek Services performs design, installation, preventative maintenance, service contracts and mechanical services projects for commercial, industrial and high‑end residential systems and buildings.
