This role suits someone who enjoys analysing business processes, supporting IT systems, and working closely with both internal teams and external clients to deliver effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and increased operational efficiency. Design, refine, and roll out improved workflows, standards, and best‑practice procedures that enhance system performance and business outcomes. Evaluate existing and future system requirements, assess potential risks, and clearly outline the impact of proposed solutions on business operations. Develop and document detailed configuration requirements, technical specifications, and ICT system needs. Liaise with clients to gather feedback, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure timely resolution of technical or system‑related issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system records, technical logs, business data, changes, and recommendations. Support senior consultants with client system reviews, requirement gathering, software upgrades, and implementation tasks. Work closely with Project Leads, developers, and IT support teams to resolve issues, test solutions, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and consistency standards. Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and ongoing support during deployment stages. Provide day‑to‑day IT support to users, including incident resolution, system monitoring, and application support. Conduct research on new technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades where appropriate. Prepare reports, user guides, training materials, and system documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in business analysis, IT systems support, or a similar ICT role. Strong understanding of business process mapping, system analysis, and ICT concepts. Excellent problem‑solving abilities with the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions. Experience working with software configurations, system upgrades, and technical documentation. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Strong communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams. Solid organisational skills and attention to detail with strong documentation habits. Familiarity with project coordination, testing procedures, and change‑management practices. Knowledge of IT support functions, troubleshooting, and general ICT infrastructure. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
