About Us Workfast is partnering with a leading provider of bulk cement products across South Australia. Their Osborne Terminal plays a key role in receiving, storing, and dispatching high-quality cement. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork are central to everything they do. The Opportunity We’re seeking a Terminal Operator to join the Osborne Terminal team. This hands‑on role involves operating plant equipment, maintaining site operations, and supporting the safe and efficient handling of bulk cement products. You’ll work with a small, skilled team and take ownership of key operational tasks. Key Details Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexibility may be required) Location: Osborne, Adelaide SA Pay: $42.81/hr + penalties + superannuation Key Responsibilities Operate plant equipment, including front end loaders, to maximise throughput and meet quality targets Allocate and supervise contract maintenance providers Perform preventive and minor maintenance routines Monitor shipments and manage daily stock control of receivable and dispatchable cement products Conduct basic root cause analysis of equipment issues Maintain a safe and tidy work environment Skills and Experience Essential: Front end loader licence Manual car licence Forklift licence Experience in terminal operations or bulk loading/unloading Basic computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes, TIS) Strong communication and teamwork skills Desirable: Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical field First aid certificate Apply Now Join a skilled team delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality terminal operations.
