Overview We currently have a 0.9 EFT position available for a Family Services Practitioner to work within the Family Services Programs based in our Shepparton office. This role provides a strong case‑management response to the underlying areas of concern associated with the family’s vulnerability, with the provision of intensive and specialised early parenting support. The aim is to strengthen the relationship between parents and their child and to assist parents in meeting the health, development, safety, and wellbeing needs of their infants and young children. The program offers a combination of individual and group centre/community and home‑based interventions. Responsibilities Deliver intensive and specialised early parenting support to vulnerable families. Provide case‑management responses addressing areas of concern. Strengthen parent‑child relationships and support parents to meet health, development, safety, and wellbeing needs of infants and young children. Implement individual, group, centre/community, and home‑based interventions. Qualifications Minimum Diploma level qualification in a relevant field.
