The Newcastle & Hunter Division employs 400+ staff across 10 vehicle makes in 17 dealerships located in Hamilton, Cardiff, Rutherford and Raymond Terrace. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team at Cardiff Hyundai as a Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing automotive group. As a Service Advisor, you will: Respond promptly to phone, internet, and email inquiries from customers. Greet customers upon arrival and assist with check‑in procedures. Provide accurate parts and labour quotes to customers. Process payments when customers are collecting their vehicles. Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the day regarding the progress of their service. Liaise effectively with technicians in the workshop, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have. What You Bring: An exceptional track record in providing outstanding customer service. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is favourable. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery. A 'can do' attitude that thrives in a dynamic work environment.
