This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) at Camberwell. For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. About you A higher education qualification in law, counselling, psychology, social work or education. CHC81115 Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution or a prior equivalent qualification. Accreditation as a FDRP with the Attorney-General’s Department. National Mediation Accreditations System (NMAS) accreditation / AMDRAS, or eligibility to apply for it. Substantial and successful experience in delivery of FDR and / or Counselling services at a senior level. Understanding of academic educational and training requirements, regulations and standards, as well as ensuring compliance in relation to training services and products. This role is located at RAV’s Central Office located in Camberwell, and is permanent, part-time, working three (3) days per week. The base salary is $115,825 (pro-rata) per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging.
