Seventh-Day Adventist Schools Victoria Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ELC Bursar/Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join the Early Learning team at Mernda Hills Christian College Early Learning Centre. The ELC is part of Mernda Hills Christian College, which provides co‑educational learning from Kindergarten through to Year 12. This is a Part‑Time position starting 1 December 2025 (3 days a week). Mernda Hills Christian ELC is a nurturing, inclusive, Christian Early Education and Care service that provides high‑quality long day care with an integrated Kindergarten program for 3‑5‑year‑olds. Our focus is to create the foundation for lifelong learning through innovative, creative, and child‑focused teaching practices. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of financial and administrative systems while providing high‑quality reception services. Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft and Google suites, is highly regarded. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Child Safety and Mandatory Checks Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy: Child Safe Code of Conduct: As part of our screening requirement, reference checks will be undertaken and include questions about your ability to work safely with children.
