Avondale University has an opportunity for someone to join the School of Nursing and Health as a full-time lecturer, primarily on the Lake Macquarie campus, with some travel to Sydney campus. Avondale is looking to expand its teaching staff in the Nursing and Health department and is eager to hear from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who share our passion for quality education. The level of appointment will be determined on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant. What will you do? As a Nursing Lecturer, you may be involved in teaching in both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs for the School of Nursing and Health. This may involve teaching across both the Wahroonga and Cooranbong (Lake Macquarie) campuses, however will primarily be located on the Lake Macquarie campus, with some travel to Sydney campus. Demonstrated ability to teach and engage with students in the learning and teaching arena; Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a team member; Supportive of the mission, values and ethos of Avondale; Recent clinical practice.
