What you’ll do As an Allied Health Advisor in our team you’ll: Apply your expertise to assess functional capacity, workplace needs and reasonable adjustments. Provide evidence-based advice to support employment participation, injury prevention and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Partner closely with employers, service teams and health professionals to remove barriers and create practical workplace solutions. What you’ll bring Tertiary allied health qualification (Physiotherapy, OT or similar) with current professional registration. Strong experience across disability, occupational health, injury management or employment-related assessments. A calm, practical and values-aligned approach to supporting people with complex needs. (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
