Stockroom Specialist - Bayside Factory Outlet We are on the lookout for an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join our Bayside Factory Outlet team located in Frankston, VIC. Responsibilities Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Factory Outlet experience. Demonstrates accountability for store performance by maximising the allocation of resources and executes processes to drive profitability and efficiency. Supports and coordinates the receiving and stock prep process for deliveries, collaborating with the back-of-house team to maximise resources appropriately for efficient receipt of products. Sustains integrity of inventory within the store by implementing correct stock accuracy procedures as well as undertaking weekly inventory cycle counts. Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals. What’s on offer?
