The gig: We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEM specialist to join our Digital Experience team. You will have access to leading tools, lots of data and the wider digital team which specialises in automation, web dev, data & analytics, social, web and email marketing. What will be your responsibilities? Setting up and managing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing Ads Analysing, optimising and reporting on paid search campaigns Testing different bid and match strategies to achieve the best results for our clients Collate, analyse, and produce insightful reports for all search marketing activities in collaboration with our data & insights specialist What skills and experience will you bring to the table? 2+ years' experience developing and implementing SEM strategies, ideally in an agency Strong understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, ad content, keyword strategy and search term optimisation Problem solving (you will need it for Google Tag Manager) Confident and clear communicator (able to ‘dumb down’ tech when needed) Passion for all things web & digital - any knowledge around SEO & GEO is a bonus Ambition - we aim to delight our clients every day and this means staying ahead of the search game We are Australia’s largest B2B agency You’ll get to work with a passionate multi-cultural team (we’ve got people from Australia, NZ, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Spain, Germany, UK and more) Work on some big brands with big juicy projects Great opportunity to level up your skills – professional development encouraged Get coaching and support from B2B marketing industry pros We're informal, we like to have some fun while delivering professional outcomes for our clients Hybrid work environment Ability to work from anywhere in the world for up to one-month per year.
