We understand having work‑life balance is crucial and we commit to only roster staff on one weekend day per week. Direct experience in retail sales is highly regarded. Responsible for generating sales for yourself and team, sales experience is key to this role’s success. You have a proven track record of success in your previous management roles , with an understanding of what it takes to exceed customer expectations and deliver results. You have excellent leadership skills and you know exactly what it takes to lead and inspire your team. Your well‑rounded communication skills will enable you to quickly build relationships with customers and your colleagues, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
