About the role As the eCommerce Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Head of Digital & CX to ensure the Kennards Hire website is performing at its best.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include website content management, performance monitoring, and implementing improvements to boost customer engagement and retention.
You'll also assist with website optimisation initiatives and provide valuable insights through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor website performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance user experience.
Assist with the testing of new website features and ensure smooth daily operations.
Generate reports on key metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Contribute to the development of website product roadmaps.
About you Relevant degree or equivalent experience in digital product management or web development.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS and an understanding of W3C standards.
Experience managing website content through a CMS (Sitecore experience is a plus).
Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
