TradeConnex specialise in permanent recruitment and labour hire opportunities across the Sydney Metro area.Having been in operation for over 9 years, we have an expansive client list which offers a huge pipeline of upcoming work.Whether you are looking for a short term casual role, or something permanent, we have you covered Duties & Responsibilities Due to an impressive project pipeline spanning across the Sydney Metro areas, we are currently seeking Civil Labourers.Projects include (but not limited to): Rail, civil, infrastructure and construction. Perform Civil labouring duties as required on construction sites. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment. Assisting with digging trenches for pipes, cables, or foundations and installing shoring or barriers as needed. Setting up formwork, mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs, footings, or curbs. Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals and deadlines. Moving materials, tools, and equipment around site, and keeping work areas clear of debris and hazards. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a labourer in civil, rail, infrastructure, or general construction. Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Any relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., White Card) are advantageous.
