Location Meadow Springs is in the vibrant coastal city of Mandurah, approximately 4km from the town centre; Meadow Springs is home to 87 Residents. About the role Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents’ individual needs. Together with residents, healthcare partners and families, our teams deliver best practice care with the highest standards of safety, clinical practice and governance. As a Physiotherapist, you will be directly contributing to the wellbeing of our residents to ensure their physical needs and goals are met, enabling them to live their best life. The successful candidate will work a part-time roster of 45 hours consisting of 0900‑1700 Tues, Wed and Thur each week. Physiotherapist role will Provide in‑house physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management and strengthening. Development of individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomes. Falls prevention, education and strength training work all included in position. Work closely with the Menora Gardens Clinical team and key stakeholders. Incorporate holistic approach to health care that incorporates health promotion activities. What we need from you? Currently registered as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA. Aged care experience preferred. Prior experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential. Ability to provide high quality treatment and intervention. Empathy, strong communication and a desire to work for a values‑based organisation. Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc). Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
