Plant Manager for a Liquid Waste Treatment Facility - up to $160k pa + Super and Bonuses The Position This company is looking for a Plant Manager to join them, working in the Dandenong, Victoria plant, to manage the day‑to‑day operations of the liquid treatment facility, you will be responsible for: The monitoring of incoming waste Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements Plan the day‑to‑day operations Actioning environmental reports Conducting screening and testing Provide full collaboration with the operations, sales and collections teams The Benefits If you are the right person for the role then this company will offer: A salary of up to $160k + Super A generous bonus scheme worth (on average) 10% of annual salary The Candidate In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Experience in Liquid Waste Management Full complement of computer skills (MS Word, Excel and CRM platforms) An educational background in Environmental Science, Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering Excellent relationship development and people skills Is a strong and analytical problem solver The Company A Liquid Treatment Facility that provides the remediation and disposal of industrial, clinical, chemical and by‑product waste in liquid form. The company then utilises this by‑product to offer as a recycled raw material for high‑end uses and applications. Ensuring that customers are treated with a personal hands‑on experience with meticulous planning and execution emphasizes their commitment to exemplary service, environmental remediation and accident‑free collections for their customers.
