You will work with our State Retail Team and lead a team of dedicated volunteers to meet financial targets of our NSW retail network and improve customer engagement. This role is based in Vineyard and is a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities Lead retail operations and stock management for the Vineyard store and depot. Drive sales, support volunteers, ensure excellent customer service and maintain store presentation. Oversee the sorting, pricing and distribution of stock; lead a team of volunteers and report to the NSW State Manager. Maintain pricing and sorting standards in line with the National Stock Strategy. Support, train, and develop a team of dedicated volunteers. Develop and maintain a depot layout that supports smooth product movement, efficient storage and safety in line with National guidelines. Support retail initiatives including setup of new stores as needed. A place to feel valued You are a dynamic, passionate, organised and people-oriented individual with a passion for fashion. You like to be hands-on and have a high level of attention to detail, with a strong commitment to Save the Children’s vision and values. Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in a fashion environment. Strong leadership and influencing skills with a track record in managing, engaging, and developing staff. Ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting and analyse data. Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
