Responsibilities Voice Picking: Use the latest voice-pick tech to smash your targets Tugger Operation: Drive electronic pallet transporters like a pro Stacking & Palletising: Keep those pallets tight, tidy, and ready to roll Manual Handling (up to 20kg): Perfect for those who like to stay fit on the job What we’re looking for Experience with Tuggers (must-have) Voice picking experience a big plus Physically fit and ready for hands-on work Available at least 4 days a week – including Fridays & Saturdays Great eye for detail and a strong work ethic Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused – always Willing to pick up extra shifts (including Public Holidays) What you’ll need Pass a pre-employment medical , including drug and alcohol testing Hold a clear National Police Check What’s in it for you Strong team engagement Undercover parking Day Shift: Start at 6AM, 7:30AM, or 8AM Afternoon Shift: Start at 2PM or 4PM Weekly Pay – paid right, paid on time Ongoing work with one of Australia’s biggest brands A supportive, team-driven culture where effort is noticed and rewarded At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
