About the Role Are you a natural leader with a knack for juggling priorities, inspiring teams, and navigating the unexpected with grace? As our Site Manager , you’ll be the heartbeat of two 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll coach, mentor, and guide a passionate team of Disability Support Workers to deliver top-tier, person-centred support. Every day brings new challenges—and new chances to make a meaningful difference. Your mission: Coordinate care and services that reflect the goals and choices of the people we support. Manage shared spaces, assets, and vehicles like a pro. Read and implement complex support plans. Handle restrictive practices, risks, and incidents with confidence and care. Champion choice, control, and independence in every home. Keep documentation sharp, current, and compliant. Build strong relationships with stakeholders. Provide on-call support (just a few times a year—we promise). About You You’re a resilient, empathetic, and commercially savvy leader who thrives in dynamic environments. Deep knowledge of restrictive practices and NDIS requirements. A flair for mentoring and developing teams. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Stellar communication and leadership skills. A strong sense of boundaries and self-care. Successful applicants will require a current Australian Drivers Licence and First Aid certificate.
