Credit Officer Join to apply for the Credit Officer role at William Adams Pty Ltd. With almost 100 years as a Caterpillar Dealer, William Adams has proudly made its mark. About the Role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will effectively manage your credit ledger from end to end and continually communicate with internal and external customers to achieve credit targets. Typical Day End to end credit processing, including reconciliations, banking and allocations Collection of payments and actively pursuing customers for overdue balances Processing of new application forms via our online portal Making recommendations to set up customers credit facility Reviewing and reinstating credit limits About You You are a true collaborator, an excellent communicator, and you enjoy building strong relationships with internal and external customers. Your tenacity and resilience will set you up for success in this role. You have a positive nature, are driven, naturally alert and have an innate ability to spot issues. Skills, experience & attributes: Experience in a similar role with high volume end to end accounts receivable / credit control process Demonstrated experience with reconciliations The ability to prioritise tasks to changing workloads Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills Why work with us?
