What you will do Plan, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care to meet the needs of the community and patients with complex medicines requirements. Assess patients with intricate medicine needs to ensure optimal care and understanding. Oversee the movement and monitoring of medicines, ensuring safety and efficacy. Effectively communicate with a variety of staff and patients, fostering an environment of clarity and support. Develop your own professional knowledge while also contributing to the upskilling of others. Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives across the pharmacy services. Requirements of the Pharmacist Current GPHC Registration. Previous experience as a Pharmacist within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting is essential.
