Front-end Loader Driver and Yard Labourer Yard Hand / Loader Operator – MulchXpress & O’Connors Transport (Dandenong South) MulchXpress and O’Connors Transport are proud to be family-owned and operated businesses based in Dandenong South. We produce and deliver premium mulch and soil products to nurseries, garden suppliers, and landscape yards across Victoria. We’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable team member to join our busy depot team. This is a full‑time role (starting on a casual basis for a 3‑month probation period) with plenty of room to grow for the right person. Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include Operating front‑end loaders and forklifts to move and load materials Performing general yard and labouring duties Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Assisting with basic maintenance and other depot tasks You Must Have A front‑end loader license and a forklift license (essential) A current car driver’s license Good communication skills and fluent English A solid work ethic and ability to follow safe work practices Be physically fit and comfortable with manual labour A higher hourly rate will be paid if you also hold: An HR or HC truck license , and/or Mechanical or boilermaker experience Why Join Us Excellent overtime rates Job security in a well‑established business Career progression across multiple divisions A supportive, family‑based team culture How To Apply If this sounds like you, send through your resume and tell us a bit about yourself.
