To be successful in the role you will have:Outback Stores desire our Area Managers, to have a range of skills that are transferable to our team environment, this includes:Being able to deliver results, by developing and implementing local strategiesIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of the indigenous communities and the nutritional offeringExperience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team.Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.Outback Stores offers an experience like no other and the opportunity to make a positive difference in remote communities of Australia.
