Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Analytics and SharePoint Administrator in a growing team located in Wodonga, VIC. The role involves managing and maintaining SharePoint environments, providing technical support, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless performance of SharePoint and Power BI systems. Key responsibilities also include designing workflows using SharePoint Designer, managing forms, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business needs with data analytics. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimizing systems. Primary Duties include Administration of SharePoint 365 sites and services Content management and control of SharePoint 365 sites Data reporting and analytics utilizing Power BI and other tools Database and web application administration and support End user training and support for SharePoint and Power BI products Administering and complying with ISM ML2 and Essential Eight cyber security frameworks Routine software updates including after hours updates and maintenance Backup and disaster recovery End user helpdesk support for software & hardware Development and deployment of Windows SoEs Qualifications and Experience A tertiary qualification such as a bachelor degree in Computing / Information Technology is required Experience in a SharePoint administration or Data Analytics role is essential Microsoft MCSE / MCITP / Desktop or Enterprise administrator favorable Microsoft Windows and Server administration and support Microsoft 365 platform administration and support Cybersecurity control implementation and support based on the ASD ISM ML2 or higher SharePoint 365 and Power BI administration and support Data analytics and reporting Great team environment Flexible working arrangements On the job training External training opportunities Opportunities to travel domestically The successful candidates will have a clear criminal history and be eligible to apply for and obtain a firearms license and a Defence Security Clearance.
