Your Day-to-Day: Welcome new and existing customers to the dealership and supporting customers with product enquiries. Maintaining customer relationships and build long-term relationships, communicate clearly with customers both before, during and after the sales process and generate repeat/referral business. Help to develop new business relationships by contacting potential customers and participating in dealership marketing events and initiatives. Manage end-to-end sales process from enquiry to delivery, including completing contract documents and maintaining accurate records and documents. Maintaining product knowledge. Follow dealership sales systems and processes designed to ensure compliance and efficiency. Stay current on used car inventory and market trends. Collaborate with service, finance, and other departments to deliver a seamless experience. Uphold dealership and company value, polices and standards. What You Bring: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in presentation and conduct. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up. Have an appreciation of the importance of building client relationships. You will be expected to achieve monthly targets and deal with a variety of situations. Proven success in a fast-paced sales environment a bonus It's also essential that you have a valid Victorian Drivers Licence and current Police check will be required to perform this role.
