With a strong project pipeline and a practical, people‑first approach, we’re looking to add an experienced Contract Administrator to our delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action — supporting projects commercially, keeping contracts and costs under control, and working alongside Project Managers to deliver strong outcomes. What you’ll be doing Managing subcontract agreements and supporting project delivery Tracking variations, progress claims, and commercial milestones Assisting with project cost control, forecasting, and cash flow Working with Finance and Project Managers on budget reporting Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Maintaining clear, compliant contract and project documentation What we’re looking for Background in construction, engineering, or commercial project environments Understanding of contracts, cost control, and project financials Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities Clear communicator who builds solid working relationships Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of your work Why join Hanlon Industries?
