About the Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Leading Hand to facilitate residential front garden installations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Working closely within a dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving consistency and excellence, delivering outstanding results that exceed client and homeowner expectations. Duties & Responsibilities Motivate and work within a team environment. Plan and organise project material. Ability to make work programs & deadlines. Install front garden packages in residential estates across the Perth metro area including reticulation installation, planting, mulch, stone, steppers, and edging. Maintain clear communication with staff, supervisors, and management. Skills & Experience The Successful Applicant will have the following skills: Landscape construction experience in both hardscape and softscape. Specialist horticultural skills & experience an advantage. Keen eye for finishing and detail. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to make decisions. Knowledge of Landscape machinery. Any relevant qualifications or certification an advantage. Interpret and work from landscape construction plans. Outgoing and engaging personality. White Card (essential).
