About the Role As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery — from concept and detailed design through to build support and final handover. Key Accountabilities Innovative Design: Create custom and modular low voltage switchboards that impress clients and meet the highest industry benchmarks. End-to-End Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of projects—from concept development to final delivery. Technical Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs meet strict standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Resource & Supply Coordination: Manage equipment logistics and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough design and build checks to maintain our reputation for excellence. Client-Facing Expertise: Serve as the go-to technical expert for clients, offering trusted solutions for complex requirements. This role is onsite at our brand-new Sydney headquarters, offering direct involvement in the manufacturing process and close collaboration with our production team. About You Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) 5+ years’ experience in low-voltage switchboard engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong understanding of electrical schematics, drawings and regulations Excellent communication skills and client‑facing confidence Knowledge of Australian electrical standards Interest in innovation and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
