Role Summary Your role as a Mobile Lending Manager (internally Mobile Relationship Manager) is to use your lending expertise to build strong, lasting relationships within the local community and drive business growth. Managing your own portfolio, you’ll identify prospective customers, nurture leads, and tailor lending solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Proactively build a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers through strategic networking. Guide customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals. Leverage credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and help future‑prove their financial success. Develop lasting relationships within the community, positioning yourself as a trusted lending expert ready to support customers’ needs. Maintain a lifelong learning mindset; take advantage of on‑the‑job training and other learning opportunities to advance your career. Build connections; support customers, give back, and help make communities better while enjoying the role. This is a permanent, full‑time position located in Sydney, NSW. What You’ll Bring Extensive consumer lending experience—essential. Strong networks and a proven ability to self‑generate new business opportunities. High level understanding of lending products, policies and regulations. Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess needs, and develop a holistic view of the situation. Highly developed credit analysis skills.
