Role Description: The Software Asset Manager is a new opportunity in our End User Technology team based at our Perth Central Park office. The Software Asset Manager is responsible for the software asset lifecycle across our IT/OT environments, ensuring all activities are aligned with best practice and Synergy’s standards, policies, and strategic objectives. Effectively collaborating with internal teams and our vendors to drive business initiatives, including license/software consolidation and maintaining accurate software asset records within our SNOW Atlas toolset. Job responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of IT/OT software assets, from acquisition to retirement. Manage software-related requests to meet business needs efficiently. Compliance with Synergy’s related standards and policies; procurement, acceptable use, software. Contribute to the software asset budget process and support Delivery Enablement. Maintain accurate records of software assets, licences, and agreements in SNOW Atlas. What you will bring: Tertiary qualification in a related field Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) 2+ years demonstrated experience in software asset management A current Australian Drivers Licence Able to influence and engage key stakeholders from different levels and functions.
