As part of our continued growth, we are inviting applications from skilled and motivated individuals to join our team in the following roles: Retail Store Manager Locations: Sarina, Balberra, Glenella, Slade Point Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance, meet sales targets, and achieve KPIs. Lead by example, inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff. Collaborate with HR to manage workplace matters effectively. Ensure compliance with all OHS / HSSE requirements. Manage all store operations : stock control, procurement, cost management, and financial reporting (daily / weekly / monthly). Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues. Work closely with the Operations Manager on budgeting, efficient rostering, and cost control. Utilize Microsoft Office applications for administrative and reporting tasks. Uphold strict food safety standards in accordance with our food safety plan. Candidate Profile Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role within the retail industry. Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or equivalent. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service capabilities. Chef / Cook Locations: Sarina, Balberra, Glenella, Slade Point Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation Key Responsibilities Prepare and present meals according to portion, quality, and presentation standards. Collaborate with management and team members to ensure high culinary standards. Oversee food rotation, hygiene, and safety in line with OH&S protocols. Plan and update menus as required. Demonstrate proficiency in continental cooking. Monitor and minimize food waste and manage kitchen labour costs. Set and meet daily / weekly production targets in collaboration with management. Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff. Ensure all meals meet high standards of quality and presentation. Candidate Profile At least 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen. Possess a Certificate III / IV in Commercial Cookery or a Diploma in a relevant field. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and kitchen systems. Strong time management and organizational skills. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.
