Job Title: FT/PT Experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner - Clinic-Based - Flexible Work Options Location: Hobart, TAS Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + Super + Commission Structure Flexible work arrangement Idyllic Hobart Location Career Pathway The Company is one of Australia's largest and leading preventative Allied Health companies. Working alongside an incredibly talented team of multidisciplinary Allied Health Professionals, you will be part of a well-established and growing organisation. ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner with “proficient NDIS registration” to join the team. You will be responsible for: Behavioural support assessments Writing of behavioural support plans Providing behavioural support interventions including 1:1 support and group-based settings, in clinic, at home and schools Develop and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. ABOUT YOU To be successful in securing this incredibly rewarding role, applicants must be able to demonstrate: Experience as a behavioral support practitioner. Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations. Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration. Ability to work autonomously and part of a specialist multidisciplinary team. Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers. A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
