Canberra, Österreich Luminary Partners Vollzeit

Your Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to see your impact come to life. As Community Engagement Lead, you’ll shape experiences that make others feel inspired, valued, and proud to belong. You’ll have the freedom to design new initiatives, experiment with ideas, and grow a network that celebrates leadership in all its forms. This role suits someone who’s both creative and disciplined, who understands people, and who finds joy in connecting them. Who We Are We’re Queensland’s only advisory firm dedicated solely to senior leadership, and we love what we do. At Luminary, we help organisations find the people they need through the people they trust. We partner with Boards, CEOs, and executives to shape teams, guide careers, and strengthen performance. We’re different, intentionally. Small by design, united by purpose, and trusted by Queensland’s most respected leaders. We move quickly, collaborate deeply, and believe that leadership done well changes everything. What You’ll Do Reporting to our Head of CX & Strategy and working closely with our Brand & Marketing Manager, this role is primarily focused on building and delivering engagement across the Luminaries community, with additional responsibility for supporting Luminary’s broader client and candidate experience. Community Engagement (80%) Design, coordinate, and deliver Luminaries events, forums, and networking activities that foster genuine connection and shared learning. Develop and manage communications and content that bring the community to life — from newsletters and social updates to digital engagement. Build meaningful relationships that encourage collaboration, participation, and a sense of belonging among members. Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, data collection, and follow‑up. Respond promptly to member enquiries and use feedback to enhance engagement. Maintain accurate contact and participation records in Luminary’s systems. Curate speakers, partnerships, and content that reflect the Luminary ethos and add value to members. Ensure every interaction reflects Luminary’s warmth, professionalism, and values. Customer Experience Support (20%) Support client and candidate onboarding and engagement processes with empathy and professionalism. Conduct post-placement check‑ins and gather insights into satisfaction and long‑term connection. Manage feedback processes and share insights with internal teams. Contribute to improved communications, materials, and processes that enhance the overall Luminary experience. Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing and experience teams as required. Working at Luminary We’re a passionate, purpose‑driven team who believe leadership done well changes everything. We offer flexibility, trust, and the opportunity to shape something meaningful. The role is primarily remote (work from home) but requires a Southeast Queensland base for regular travel to Brisbane for events and team collaboration. Work hours can be flexible for the right person. We celebrate diversity of thought and experience within our team and our community. We strongly encourage you to reach out if there is any way we can support you to engage in this process.
