Job Details Duration : 6 month Assignment + Possibility of extension Start Date : 8th December Job Title : Collaboration AV Engineer Location : Melbourne (Hybrid) Green Light Worldwide has a requirement with our client partner for a Collaboration AV Engineer to join their team for an initial 6 months engagement with possibility of extension. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Collaboration AV Engineer to join our Workspace Collaboration Engineering team. In this role, you will support and enhance our enterprise collaboration platforms, ensuring seamless hybrid working experiences for users across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction as a senior member of the Collaboration Engineering team. Ensure availability, confidentiality, and integrity of Workplace & Collaboration systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Contribute to defining collaboration architecture and shaping the strategic roadmap. Provide expert engineering support to executive leaders and teams to enable world‑class collaboration experiences. Participate in planning sessions, ceremonies, and cross‑functional meetings while offering engineering insights. Drive continuous improvement across collaboration platforms with a focus on automation, simplification, and reducing technical debt. Support the development of processes, standards and methodologies within the Collaboration domain. Identify recurring issues and manage underlying problems effectively. Create and maintain documentation, designs, and knowledge base articles. Support uplift projects including onboarding, installation and optimisation of collaboration hardware. Act as SME for all in‑office technology platforms, including implementation and configuration. Provide Level 3 engineering support and manage monitoring portals (internal and OEM). Manage Collaboration system SLAs and ensure incidents/requests are resolved within agreed timeframes. Requirements Advanced knowledge of video conferencing technologies: Cisco, MTRoW, MTRoA. Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11, MacOS, and desktop/peripheral hardware (projectors, printers, mobile devices). Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Understanding of ITIL frameworks (certification desirable). Awareness of emerging Collaboration and PropTech trends. Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Extensive experience with Cisco Webex, Control Hub, Microsoft Teams (MTRoW/MTRoA), Admin Centre, Pro Portal, and meeting room hardware. Experience with Cisco CUCM, MS Teams Calling, SIP, VoIP; CCNA/CCNP highly regarded.
