About The Role: Location: Multiple sites across the Perth Metro Region. Full Time Opportunity Flexible 12 hour rosters including 4/4 off, day shift only and FIFO Family Friendly options Full time Relieving Officer roles with additional allowance of up to $2500pa Potential earnings up to $90 000 (Potential earnings up to $90000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors.) Australian citizens (essential for security clearance) Passionate about starting a career in the security industry Have a professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to service Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn Can work across a 24/7 roster including nights and weekends 4/4 Rosters (2 days, 2 nights, 4 Off)Other rosters also available. - Including FIFO Perth on 7 days on 7 days off basis. Take pride in their presentation and bearing in all interactions. Be adaptable to an ever-changing environment. Able to recollect critical information from an incident. Be a lateral thinker and problem solver. Understand chain of command and correct escalation process. Ability to provide detailed and factually accurate reports on security incidents and HSE hazards both electronic or paper reports. Have sound basic IT skills using a range of software Previous security experience is not required — we’ll provide all the training and support you need.
