If you’re an experienced operator with some hands-on training experience looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is for you.Successful applicants must be based in Australia.Mandatory Qualifications Required/What We Are Looking ForCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent Certificate II in Security Operations Australian Driver’s Licence RII’s/Machine Competencies Minimum 3 yrs Operating production Excavator/Dozers Minimum 3yrs Operating production Graders /Dozers Some Hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training Must possess basic proficiency in using computers and/or Android tablets Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and improvement of production operators. Uphold the values and professionalism of the company you represent. Proactive and effective communicator with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Positive self-presentation. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that reflect both your expertise and the standards of the company you represent. Deliver training focused on componentry, preventative maintenance, safe operations, and operational efficiency.
