The pipeline of work is secured, joinus as we help to deliver Australia’s renewable future.The OpportunityDue to growth and the acquisition of large scale projects, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of significant substation and renewable energy projects.Reporting to the Program Manager of our QLD office, you will work with a wider team of experienced Project Managers and play a key role in executing all project specific plans, ensuring projects are delivered safely whilst maximising client satisfaction and efficient resource usage.In this role you will:Execute all Project specific plans in line with PMBOK principlesControl project programming, cost, time, quality, purchasing, contract administration, general site administration and the activities of sub-contractors.Authorise construction planning, programming, and on-site completion schedules.Liaise with the Construction Manager / Supervisor regularly to monitor project progress and manage issues as they arise.Monitor and manage project costs and forecasts to budget. Take corrective action early and report on a timely basisAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Minimum 5 years managing projects at a medium to high value in either Energy, Utilities or Renewables valued up to$20m or higherTertiary Qualifications in Electrical EngineeringStrong in project delivery and advanced communication skillsAbility to plan, monitor and control project activities with a focus on client requirements, productivity, cost, and qualityHigh-level business and commercial acumenExperience in renewables or high-voltage would be highly regardedFlexibility to travel as requiredWhy Join Us?At CPP our people are our most important asset.
