With both a busy retail store and a thriving online presence, we’re known for providing expert advice, quality service, and top-tier machinery. We're currently looking for a Front of House Salesperson / Spare Parts Assistant to join our team at the Latrobe St, Delacombe store . Key Responsibilities Handle incoming phone and online enquiries for spare parts Manage parts inventory and improve stock processes Put inventory away/ receive in stock Ensure stock area is clean and correct Use multiple computer systems efficiently Work alongside a team of counter staff and mechanics Additional responsibilities: Assist walk-in customers with sales and product advice Identify and sell spare parts across a range of machinery Book in repairs and manage pick-up/drop-off of customer equipment About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A friendly, well‑mannered attitude and strong communication skills Solid understanding of outdoor power equipment : chainsaws, zero‑turn mowers, handheld petrol gear, ag machinery, etc. Strong computer skills – you must be confident working across multiple systems A keen eye for detail, particularly when sourcing parts and managing stock Ability to work both independently and in a team Industry experience is preferred but not essential What We Offer A team environment Exposure to leading industry brands Hands‑on training Rotating Saturday mornings (8:30am–1:00pm) - every 3rd week roughly (penalty rates) Stable full‑time hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm) Opportunities to grow within a respected and growing business Additional Information Spring availability is essential , as this is our busiest time of the year Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted How to Apply Apply now via Jora with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and why you’re a great fit for the role.
