Overview You will be joining a national top-tier construction organisation, with specialist teams providing complex new build and refurbishment projects across the health, sciences, education, and civic project sectors. The salary range on offer sits within $220k - $250k total package. Responsibilities Lead a small team across one to two projects at a time (dependent on project size / complexity), reporting to the Construction Director. Oversee financial performance, interact with the client, manage project deliverables, and focus on the skills and development of your team. Deliver projects typically within $10M to $40M; this role requires a Senior level Project Manager comfortable delivering complex projects in excess of $15M. Head up a new project team within the business, growing a team of CAs and Site Managers to deliver your project portfolio. Qualifications and qualities 5+ years as a Project Manager within a head contractor (buildings, not civil/infra) with a good reputation with local subcontractors for delivering these types of projects. Experience delivering technically tricky builds from the above-noted project types, over $15M. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Polished character with strong leadership traits, comfortable with client and stakeholder management.
